Hands on: creating your Cake (with topping), Tart & Cookies
Tasting table & tea/ coffee/ Sekt

The workshop requires a minimum of 4 participants in order to take place.
About me: I‘ve been baking cakes and cookies since I am 10 years old - a never-ending work-in-progress since then - so I‘ve had countless chances of success and failure in my attempts, gaining confidence to risk new combinations and observe the baking chemistry. I bake mostly by heart, measuring the ingredients amount by the shake of the hand and by how much it fills the eyes. I let myself be inspired by Pinterest baking, but also adapting to my intuition, my pocket, and whatever is available in my pantry! I’ve started my own business 3 years ago, where I offer exclusively vegan cakes, and many of them are a one time experiment (yes, creation also comes with the art and mastery of letting go!). Now I welcome you at my space to share some of my experience and acquainted knowledge, so we can experiment together new baking ideas!
